TWO yearS OF warranty

Novopress grants the full statutory warranty of 24 months on all new pressing devices and tools   as well as other accessories. The warranty period always begins at the time of delivery and must be proven in case of doubt using purchase documents. Batteries and chargers are excluded. Here the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
 

During the warranty period, the warranty covers the repair of all damage or defects in the products that are due to material or manufacturing defects.

ONE year warranty extension for pressing devices, intermediate jaws and pressing slings

Novopress grants a one-year extended warranty for all new pressing devices, intermediate jaws and pressing collars if they have been serviced at least every 12 months by Novopress or a specialist workshop authorized by Novopress .

Three years warranty extension for new press jaws

Novopress grants a 3-year extended warranty for all new press jaws, interchangeable jaws and press inserts if they have been serviced at least every 12 months by Novopress or a specialist workshop authorized by Novopress .
