disposal of old devices

In the interests of environmental protection, please note that Novopress pressing tools must not be disposed of with residual waste. The devices are marked with the corresponding symbol - the crossed-out garbage can - on the type plate.

Devices marked with this symbol on the rating plate must be disposed of properly.

What should be considered?

Novopress recommends that the devices be disposed of by approved specialist companies. Alternatively, the old device can  be returned directly to Novopress or to a specialist workshop for proper disposal.

The device contains hydraulic oil, which is a danger to groundwater.
Uncontrolled discharge or improper disposal is punishable by law. The devices must therefore be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

When disposing of batteries and chargers, please follow the instructions in the charger operating instructions provided with the cordless tools.
